Executive MBA thought process

So, being bored at work is bad. It makes you think a lot and, depending on the day...

It might be possitive thoughts...
Wow, I have all this time, I can do so many things
I can get back to crafts
I'm going to start sweing once more
I'm finally going to learn German... let's search courses
... so many things I can do!! Amazing

But it might also be negative thoughts...
Intel has been so awesome, how can I find another job and company that even compares?
I've got an experience and controllers who know me... can I sell my profile in the market place?
But if we move to France or Spain, will my experience be sufficient? Do I need further certifications?

And that's when an idea came that transformed the negative into positive and so, it's a win-win for me :) An MBA!! (I must say that Quentin insists he's the one who put the idea in my head... it might be true; the best ideas are the ones that someone else has and then you make them yours ;) )
So, I started the search on line...

My priorities:
- Flexibility since I have a job and family
- It has to be part time
- The shortest, the better (better 1 year than 2)
- The price tag has to be reasonable
- The sooner starting date as I'm currently bored

Results:
- IESE... too expensive (80k Eur), too much travel (quarterly travel for a week to different places in teh world) and too long (18 months). It will start in Oct (a bit late)
- Multiple European Business Schools (Berlin, TUM, England)... all of them quite expensive, around 30-35k Eur. Also require going there for some weeks plus they are all 18-24 months. Mostly starting on Oct this year or Jan next one.
-UNED also offers multiple MBA's options; some of them quite interesting. The cost is also interesting as they are around 3k Eur. Problem is that none of the master will start until January 2020

Decision:
- Executive MBA by OBS Business school

Why?
It starts on May 14th (in a week) and it only lasts 11 months
It costs 13700 Eur but they give me a grant reducing it to 10K Eur
It is certified by an official university, Universidad de Barcelona
The format seems quite good (weekly classes on line and debates; monthly essaies on each topic; an interactive platform as if you were the CEO of a company)
I've talked with 3 alumni and they are all very happy with the experience

I'm now officially welcome to the Executive MBA.
There are still some pending questions... English vs Spanish version?
And the most important... what will happen with my job at Intel? Will I have enough time to study while at work? Or will work pick up again?
